  12. RECIPE CLIPPER version 2.0 is being released today. This version clips
  13. all recipes, all formats and separates them. The free format recipes
  14. will have QuikBook headers and trailers to allow the recipe to be
  15. imported directly into QuikBook. The program was written in C++ and it
  16. runs on PC-DOS and MS-DOS systems. You do not need any special hardware
  17. to run this program.
