14 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatoes 1/2 c A 1 Steak Sauce
1/4 c Orange marmalade 2 1/2 oz Pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 t Cornstarch 1 1/2 lb Round steak,thinly sliced
2 1/2 c Sliced mushrooms 1 x Hot cooked noodles
Drain tomatoes,reserving liquid.Chop tomatoes in a bowl.Mix tomatoes
with liquid,steak sauce,marmalade,soup mix and cornstarch;set aside.
In a greased 2 quart casserole,layer 1/3 EACH meat slices,mushrooms and
prepared sauce.Repeat layers twice;cover tightly.Bake @ 350 degrees for 1
1/2 hours.Serve over cooked noodles,if desired.

2 c Parsley sprigs 2 t Dried basil leaves
1 t Garlic powder 1/3 c Peanut oil
2 lb Flank steak,butterfly,pound 1/3 c A 1 Steak Sauce
1 ea Tomato,chopped 8 oz Tomato sauce
1/4 c Red cooking wine 1 x Cherry tomatoes,garnish
1 x Parsley sprigs,garnish
In a blender container,combine parsley,basil and garlic powder.With
motor running slowly,add oil blending until smooth;set aside.
Brush steak with some steak sauce;spread basil mixture to within 1/2" of
edges.Top with tomato.Starting at long edges,roll jelly roll fashion;tie
with string at 2" intervals.Place in a 134 x 9 x 2" baking pan.
In a small bowl,blend tomato sauce,remaining steak sauce and wine;pour
over steak.Cover;bake @ 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.Let stand
10 minutes before slicing.Serve with sauce.garnish with tomatoes and
parsley.

16 oz Can red kidney beans,drained
In a heavy pot,over high heat,cook beef,green pepper,onion and
garlic,stirring frequently until the beef is browned,about 15 minutes.Stir
in chili powder;cook,stirring for 1 minute.
Drain tomatoes,reserving liquid;chop tomatoes.Add tomatoes and
liquid,steak sauce and water to beef mixture.Heat to a boil.Cover;reduce
heat and simmer 45 minutes,stirring occasionally.
Stir in beans.Cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.Skim fat off before
serving,if necessary.

4 lb Beef or pork spare ribs 1 x Lemon slices for garnish
1 x Parsley sprigs for garnish
In a medium saucepan,over low heat,cook garlic in margarine until
tender,but not browned.Stir in ketchup,chili sauce,steak sauce,brown
sugar,lemon slices and hot pepper seasoning;cook until heated through.
Arrange ribs on rack in a large raosting pan.Bake @ 400 degrees for 20
minutes;turn and bake 20 minutes more.Brush ribs generously with prepared
sauce;bake or grill 10 minutes.Turn and brush with sauce;bake or grill 10
minutes more.To serve,garnish with lemon slices and parsley sprigs.

In a bowl,mix rice,3 tbsp. steak sauce and egg.Spoon mixture on fillets;
roll up.Arrange in a 2 quart bakinf dish.In a small bowl,combine
wine,margarine and remaining steak sauce;pour over fish fillets.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes
easily.Garnish with lemon and scallions,if desired.

In a bowl,mix beef and 1/4 cup steak sauce;shape into 4 patties.Dip
patties in egg,then coate with bread crumbs.
In a skillet,over high heat,brown patties in oil.Arrange in a 9 x 9 x 2"
baking pan;top each with a cheese slice.In a bowl,blend spaghetti sauce
and remaining steak sauce;pour over patties.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.

13 3/4 oz Can beef broth 3 T Water
2 T Flour 1 x Hot cooked noodles
Brush meat lightly with some steak sauce.Place 3 carrot strips,3 celery
strips and 1 scallion strip on each piece of meat.Roll up,securing with
toothpicks.
In a skillet over medium high heat,brown meat rolls in
margarine,turning until well browned;remove from pan.Reduce heat to
medium;cook onion in drippings until tender.Stir in wine,broth and
remaining steak sauce.Return meat to pan;cover and simmer 1 1/2
hours,turning occasionally.Remove meat.Blend water into flour;slowly stir
in sauce.Cook,stirring until thickened.Serve meat with sauce over cooked
noodles,if desired.

1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 1/4 c Minced onions
1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese 10 oz Pkg. frozen broccoli,thaw
8 oz Can stewed tomatoes
In a bowl,mix beef,2 tbsp. steak sauce,bread crumbs and onion.On waxed
paper,pat meat mixture into a 12 x 8" rectangle.
Reserve 2 tbsp. chgeese;sprinkle remaining cheese and dried broccoli
onto meat mixture to within 1/2" of edges,pressing lightly into
meat.Starting at short end,roll up as for jelly roll,lifting waxed paper
to help shape roll;seal ends.Place loaf into a 12 x 8 x 2" baking pan.Bake
@ 350 degrees for 1 hour.Sprinkle with reserved chese during last 2
minutes of baking.
Drain tomatoes,reserving liquid;chop tomatoes.On a small saucepan,over
low heat,stir together remaining steak sauce,tomatoes and liquid until
heated through.Serve sauce with meatloaf.

or until tender.Skim off fat.Slice and serve with sauce.

350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.To serve,garnish with apple
slices and parsley.

In a large heavy pan over medium high heat,brown meat in margarine.Add
onion;cook until tender.Stir in beef broth,water and celery;heat to a
boil.Cover;simmer 1 hour.Add tomatoes,peas and carrots,potatoes and steak
sauce,stirring top break up tomatoes.Simmer,covered,30 minutes more until
potatoes are done.
