QTY - This is how many WHOLE units of the ingredient entry
are necessary for the recipe (e.g. QUANTITY). This
field will accept up to three NUMERIC characters from
the keyboard. The BACKSPACE key functions destructively.
P/Q - This is a fraction of whole units of an ingredient
necessary for the recipe (e.g. PARTIAL QUANTITY). IT
accepts two separate entries, one for the numerator and
one for the denominator. The numerator responds to all
NUMERIC keys. The denominator responds to keys "1"
through "9", and "X" ("X" representing SIXTEENTHS).
UNT - This is the UNIT specifier (e.g. CUP/TSP/BUSHEL... ).
Use "+", "-", "PgUp" or "PgDn" to select the desired
UNIT measurement from a predefined list of 55 .
