  1.  
  2.    MODIFY  -  This option allows you to change the amounts for
  3.    ITEMS      each of the grocery items in the list. You may 
  4.               also delete items from the list while using this 
  5.               option. 
  6.                  
  7.    ADD NEW -  This option allows you to make additions to the
  8.    ITEM       grocery list. If there is no list then one will
  9.               created with the new item. If an entry matches an
  10.               existing entry then the existing entry is increased
  11.               by the amount specified (up to 999).
  12.    
  13.    PRINT   -  This option prints the grocery list if one has been
  14.    LIST       created.

  16.    F1      -  Gets you this set of help screens.
