  1.                          TACO MEATBALLS

  4. 1 lb. ground beef
  5. 1 c. onions
  6. 1 c. green pepper
  7. 1 c. celery
  8. 1 c. cooked rice
  9.  
  10. 2 beaten eggs
  11. 2 t. garlic salt
  12. 8 oz. taco sauce
  13. 11 oz. cheddar cheese soupMix all but last two ingredients.  (I puree vegetables in
  14. blender rather than chopping.)  Form meat balls and place in 2-
  15. 1/2 qt. dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  While baking,
  16. heat taco sauce and soup on stove.  Pour over meatballs and bake
  17. another 30 minutes.
