  1.                        PEPPERCORN DRESSING

  4. 1 c. sour cream
  5. 3/4 c. skim milk
  6. 1/2 c. low-cal mayonnaise
  7.  
  8. 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  9. 2 t. coarsely ground pepperBeat first four ingredients until smooth and creamy.  Blend
  10. in pepper.  Cover and store in refrigerator.  Stir before using. 
  11. Makes 2-1/4 cups.
