  1.                     ORANGE POPPY SEED MUFFINS

  4. 3 c. flour
  5. 2-1/4 c. sugar
  6. 1-1/2 t. baking powder
  7. 1-1/2 t. salt
  8. 1/4 to 1/2 c. poppy seeds
  9.  
  10. 3 eggs
  11. 1 c. sour cream
  12. 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  13. 1-1/2 c. orange juice
  14. 2 t. orange extractStir together left-hand column and set aside.  Whisk right-
  15. hand column and add dry ingredients just until moistened.  Divide
  16. batter into 24 greased muffin cups.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25
  17. to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
