KOREAN WONTONS
1 lb. wonton skins
1 to 2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 chopped green pepper
8 oz. chopped bean sprouts
1 chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1 t. MSG
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 or 4 T. sesame oil
3 or 4 chopped green onions
black pepperMix all ingredients except wonton skins. Put 1 T. of
filling in each skin, fold and seal with egg. Deep fry until
golden brown. Makes approximately 60.
