  1.                          JAMBALAYA SALAD

  4. 3/4 c. salad dressing
  5. 1/2 c. sliced celery
  6. 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  7. 1/4 c. chopped onion
  8. 1 t. thyme
  9. 1/4 t. ground red pepper
  10. 1/4 t. salt
  11.  
  12. 1 minced garlic clove
  13. 2 c. cooked rice
  14. 1/2 c. cubed ham
  15. 6 oz. cooked tiny shrimp
  16. 1 c. chopped tomato
  17. 6 crumbled bacon slicesCombine first eight ingredients.  Add remaining ingredients
  18. except bacon.  Chill and add bacon just before serving.  Makes 4
  19. to 6 servings.
