  1.                       GRANOLA BRAN MUFFINS

  4. 1 c. boiling water
  5. 2-1/2 c. whole bran cereal
  6. 2 beaten eggs
  7. 2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
  8. 1/2 c. oil
  9. 1/2 c. chopped apple
  10. 2 c. flour
  11. 1 c. sugar
  12. 1/2 c. quick oats
  13. 1/2 c. wheat germ
  14. 2 t. baking soda
  15. 1/2 t. salt
  16. 1 c. raisins
  17. 1/2 c. coconut
  18. 1/2 c. chopped nutsPour water over creal and cool.  Stir in next 4 ingredients. 
  19. Combine dry ingredients and stir into bran mixture.  Add last 3
  20. ingredients.  Spoon into 36 greased muffin tins.  Bake at 400
  21. degrees for 22 minutes.
