  4. 1 cucumber
  5. 2 T. grated onion
  6. 1 minced garlic clove
  7.  
  8. 1/2 c. sour cream
  9. 1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
  10. salt and white pepperWash cucumber and partially peel (leave about 1/3 peel for
  11. color) then grate.  Drain cuke and onion in strainer and press. 
  12. Add remaining ingredients and season.  Chill well.  Serve with
  13. Greek olives and pita triangles.  Makes 2 cups or 8 servings.
