  1.                        POTATO LENTIL SOUP

  4. 1 c. lentils
  5. 3 chopped onions
  6. 2 garlic cloves
  7. 3 ribs celery, chopped
  8. 3 carrots, chopped
  9.  
  10. 4 diced potatoes
  11. 6 c. water
  12. tamari to taste
  13. 1/4 t. paprika
  14. 1/4 c. wine vinegarPlace first 7 ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 8
  15. to 10 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.  Puree if desired.  Season
  16. with remaining ingredients.  Makes 4 large servings at 280
  17. calories each.
