  1.                          KOREAN WONTONS

  4. 1 lb. wonton skins
  5. 1 to 2 lbs. lean hamburger
  6. 1 chopped green pepper
  7. 8 oz. chopped bean sprouts
  8. 1 chopped onion
  9.  
  10. 1 beaten egg
  11. 1 t. MSG
  12. 1/4 c. soy sauce
  13. 3 or 4 T. sesame oil
  14. 3 or 4 chopped green onions
  15. black pepperMix all ingredients except wonton skins.  Put 1 T. of
  16. filling in each skin, fold and seal with egg.  Deep fry until
  17. golden brown.  Makes approximately 60.
