  5. 1/2 c. green pepper
  6. 1/2 c. onion
  7. 1 garlic clove
  8. 2 T. butter
  9. 1 can tomato soup
  10. 1/3 c. water
  11.  
  12. 4-1/2 oz. shrimp
  13. 1 crushed bay leaf
  14. 1/4 t. oregano
  15. pepper
  16. 1-1/2 c. cooked riceMicrowave first 5 ingredients on high for 6 to 7 minutes. 
  17. Add remaining ingredients except rice and cook on high for 4
  18. minutes.  Add rice and cook on high 4 to 6 minutes.
