  1. I have found a new Cheese cookbook, and while the cheese 
  2. is more or less a local one in Oregon, the recipes are 
  3. good using any type of cheddar or other called for cheese.  
  4. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I have on the ones 
  5. that I have tried.
