  13.           Description : This inventory control system will handle any number
  14.                         of parts, locations ans transactions; well, 65535 of
  15.                         each to be exact.  This should suit the needs of most
  16.                         small-to-medium size companies who need to keep track
  17.                         of inventories of parts, equipment or anything else
  18.                         important.  Reports produced include; Master listing,
  19.                         cost/retail report, shortage report, detailed
  20.                         transaction registers, Deviation journal and monthly
  21.                         posting summary.

  23. Hardware requirements : IBM PC or compatable with 256K
  24.                         2 floppies or hard disk highly recommended
  25.                         (TIPC version is also available)

  27.       Source language : Turbo Pascal-BCD using the Turbo Database Toolbox.
  28.                         Both TURBOBCD and the database toolbox are available
  29.                         from Borland, Inc.

  47.                         or TIPC version.  You must sign the license agreement
  48.                         or your order will not be processed.  The license
  49.                         agreement simply states that you agree not to copy
  50.                         or distribute the source code or user manual except
  51.                         for intra-company or backup use.  Both the manual and
  52.                         the source code are copyrighted and Cincinnati
  53.                         Shareware reserves all rights.

  69.                                LICENSE AGREEMENT

  72.         In signing this agreement, the purchaser agrees to the following terms
  73.         and conditions of sale:

  76.         1.  CS-IC is copyrighted material; only the runtime version is
  77.             distributed as USER-SUPPORTED software.
  78.  
  79.         2.  With your $100 registration fee, you will receive a printed manual
  80.             and a diskette containing the source in TURBO PASCAL-BCD.  The
  81.             purchaser agrees not to copy or distribute this material in any
  82.             manner, electronic or mechanical to any other person or company.
  83.             Intra-office copies and backups are, of course, acceptable.

  85.         3.  Cincinnati Shareware assumes no responsibility for loss of data
  86.             or anything else caused directly or indirectly by our software.
  87.             In any case, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price.
  88.             The software is sold on an as-is basis only.

  90.         4.  Cincinnati Shareware will offer no refunds other than replacement
  91.             of defective materials.
