  33. ECHO TBS Attendance Tracking is a program designed to allow you to track
  34. ECHO the times that employees take off work, the reasons, and to be able
  35. ECHO to identify which days of the week the employee takes off (Usaully
  36. ECHO Mondays or Fridays?)

  39. ECHO This program will work with a MDA, CGA, EGA, or VGA video card,
  40. ECHO and requires 512K of free RAM, and a printer capable of printing
  41. ECHO 80 columns.  (This version assumes standard EPSON printer codes).

  52. ECHO To install this product on your hard disk, first make a subdirectory
  53. ECHO with the MD command. Assuming that the subdirectory name that you
  54. ECHO will use is AR, enter the following commands:

  56. ECHO     MD \AR                    (Make Directory AR)
  57. ECHO     CD \AR                    (Change Directory AR)
  58. ECHO     COPY A:*.*                (COPY disk in drive A:)
  59. echo     ATTEND                    (Extracts the program) 
  60. echo     HOURS                     (Starts the program
  61. ECHO 
  62. ECHO The first time that you run this program, it will create the
  63. ECHO required data files.  Please make sure that you back up these
  64. ECHO data files on a regular basis.

  66. ECHO Remove and store the distribution disk in a safe place.
  67. ECHO Next, start the program by typing in the command HOURS
  68. ECHO  
  69. ECHO Help is available by pressing the F1 key at any time.  Some other
  70. ECHO keys: ESC will back up to the prior field, CTRL+ESC will terminate
  71. ECHO what you are entering, CTRL+END will delete from the cursor to
  72. ECHO the end of the line.

  81. ECHO To get started using TBS Attendance Tracking, just type "HOURS" at the 
  82. ECHO DOS prompt.  You will need to read the Users' Manual to realize all of

  84. ECHO file called HOURS.DOC.

  86. ECHO To print the Users' Manual to the printer, first align the printer to 
  87. ECHO top of form. Log to the A: Drive by typing "A:" and Return. Then enter
  88. ECHO the command:
