  11.                Christian Distribution Network (CDN)

  13. The CDN is a free gratis service of many Christian-based computer 
  14. bulletin  boards  (BBS's)   in  at least six  countries  on  four 
  15. continents.  Each SYStem OPerator (SYSOP) pays the costs involved 
  16. in distribution and does so as a ministry to YOU the user. 
  17.  
  18. This program (and all other CDN files bearing the .SDN extension) 
  19. was received fresh, complete, and direct from the author.  It has 
  20. been scanned for viruses and, after receiving a clean report,  it 
  21. was  "sealed"   with  a sort  of  computer-shrink-wrap  called  a 
  22. Security  Envelope  that can not be duplicated once the file  has 
  23. been  opened.    This envelope can be tested by each end-user  by 
  24. issuing the command (from DOS):

  26.         c> PAK T filename.SDN /sec
  27.  
  28. where  filename.SDN is the distribution name of the file(s)  that 
  29. you received.  A  small box will be displayed on your screen that 
  30. states  the  file is an original and has not been  tampered  with 
  31. since being packaged at the CDN Headquarters BBS in Loranger, LA. 
  32. (PAK version 2.51  and later require even less information  since 
  33. the  .SDN extension is automatically recognized and the  security 
  34. envelope will automatically be tested if present.)

  36. If  you  appreciate  the expense of providing this file  to  you, 
  37. please  offer  a donation to the SYSOP of the  system  where  you 
  38. received it.   But most of all, please honor the AUTHOR's request 
  39. for donation or registration.  Remember,  shareware only works if 
  40. you register it.

  42. If you are a software developer and your programs are  Christian-
  43. based shareware/freeware,  why not send a diskette to the address 
  44. below with the latest (unarchived)  version of your program?   If 
  45. the  program will not fit a single 360k diskette,  please  divide 
  46. the  files  in an orderly fashion on multiple disks (this  is  to 
  47. keep the program in downloadable  chunks).   Be sure to include a 
  48. documentation file and a short (one or two screens) abstract from 
  49. the  documentation which describes what the  program  does,   any 
  50. software or hardware requirements and the registration fee.
