  11. I am not really the best person, you
  12. should try asking someone else as my
  13. knowledge is more limited and I
  14. wouldnt call myself and expert on the
  15. subject.

  17. I contact a great number of people
  18. about writing articles and usually
  19. receive the standard response as
  20. above, to be honest I can appreciate a
  21. lot of time needs to go into writing
  22. articles and lets be honest I am not
  23. the best person to edit and layout
  24. pages in a magazine, If I were to list
  25. 10 people I wouldnt put myself near or
  26. even in the top 100 but if I didnt do
  27. it who would?

  29. Many people find the magazine
  30. interesting and thats good to hear
  31. some think its lame and poor that is
  32. also good to here, I suggest you
  33. create or contribute to help the
  34. magazine obtain a higher status, If
  35. you know something feel free to write
  36. an article sure someone else will
  37. write in and say you are wrong but you
  38. and the entire reader base will have
  39. learnt something new and thats is what
  40. the game of life is all about, sharing
  41. and learning or am I reading the wrong
  42. books

  44. I tried asking people to design a logo
  45. but no one would help so in the end I
  46. had to design the thing myself I
  47. learnt that I cant draw, but actually
  48. I think the end result is rather good,
  49. I would have liked a more 8-bit look
  50. complete with jagged edges and a
  51. better colour palette but I dont know
  52. how to do that so we are left with
  53. what we have, 
  54.  
  55. We also Had a Commodore scene meeting
  56. I think the last one was over 2 years
  57. ago! Discussions were about having a
  58. uk commodore club more news on that
  59. next month as developments are
  60. happening in that area but its still
  61. early days
