and select WIRE from the object list... then at the bottom of the windows select "DISINTEGRATE" as a action to perform and press the button... :-)
The blue block is made of a special materia tha will break more easily..
Reapeatig this experiemnt usually gives different results (since the hammer is not totally still at the beginning of the simulation so it depends on where it is when you break the wire..)
