  25. workmanship, The Softgame Company of Vermont will replace the defective
  26. diskette. The extent of this warranty shall be limited to replacement
  27. and shall not encompass any other damages, including but not limited to
  28. loss of profit, and special, incidental, consequential, or other similar
  29. claims. This package is sold and distributed "as is".
