  7. funds.  For Americans and Canadians there is $4 Shipping and
  8. Handling.  People elsewhere must pay $6 Shipping and
  9. Handling.  The Canadian G.S.T. is included in the basic
  10. price.  I'm afraid my fellow Nova Scotians will have to pay
  11. the Provincial Sales Tax of 11% though.

  16.      There are a number of ways of ordering, but in all
  17. cases you should identify the product as "Napoleon the
  18. Emperor, version 1.1".  The Public (software) Library's
  19. product ID# for "Napoleon the Emperor" is #14422.
