  4. are copyrighted products of Roger Norton Consulting and are protected by 
  5. United States copyright law and also by international treaty provisions. 
  6.                                                                        
  7. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Roger Norton      
  8. Consulting.  The use or distribution of these products is expressly     
  9. prohibited, except as authorized by the terms of this agreement.        
  10.                                                                          
  11. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,            
  12. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed        
  13. program except as provided in this agreement.

  15. The attached VENDINFO data record is hereby incorporated by reference.   
  16. Any distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed  
  17. in that data record is hereby authorized.

  19. U.S. Government Restricted Rights:  Use, duplication, or disclosure      
  20. by the U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in     
  21. this package shall be subject to restrictions as set forth in            
  22. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer

  28. LICENSE TERMS APPLICABLE TO TRIAL USE OF EVALUATION VERSION

  30. Roger Norton Consulting grants you a limited license to use this software
  31. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.          
  32.                                                                          
  33. If you continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation     
  34. period, you must make the prescribed registration payment to Roger Norton
  35. Consulting.

  37. LICENSE TERMS APPLICABLE TO USE OF REGISTERED VERSION

  39. The software and the disks on which it is contained are licensed on      
  40. a non-exclusive basis to you, the purchaser, for your own use.  You      
  41. are not obtaining title to the software or any copyright rights.        
  42.                                                                          
  43. You may use the licensed software on a single personal computer system, 
  44. and make as many copies as needed for backup and archival purposes.
