  17. The story:

  19. Daisy hasn't an easy job: She has to pick up all fruits and flowers in her
  20. garden and with it she also has to watch out for the greedy marmot and the
  21. annoying grub. As well she must find the right way through the garden and
  22. that's often the hardest part, because finding the right way isn't always
  23. easy...

  25. What is behind?
  26. ---------------

  28. Daisy's Garden 2 belongs to a new generation of games:
  29. Think ænÆ Run - first think, then start running!
  30.  
  31. Instead of shot or crush annoying enemies, Daisy must try to find a way
  32. round them. So Daisy's Garden 2 does without any violence elements and
  33. that's why we think it is especially suitable for children.
  34.  
  35. But adults also cover their expenses, because of some really tricky
  36. riddles, the way through a garden sometimes really isn't simple.
  37.  
  38. With Daisy's Garden 2 you are also allowed to construct your own gardens
  39. with own riddles. So there is no ending after the delivered gardens, as
  40. everybody, who was gripped by the Daisy fever, can construct new gardens
  41. for all the other fans of Daisy.

  46. Operating system: Windows 3.1x, enhanced Mode, Windows 95 or Windows NT 3.5x
  47. Processor:        at least 386 DX, 33 MHz, urgently recommended 486 SX, 33 MHz
  48. RAM:              at least 4 MB, recommended 8 MB
  49. Graphics Adapter: VGA, urgently recommended accelerator card 800*600 256 colors
  50. Hard disk:        2 MB free disk space
  51. Sound card:       recommended Windows compatible soundcard
  52. Mouse:            required Windows compatible mouse
  53. Joystick:         joystick with Windows MM driver recommended

  55. Daisy's Garden 2 seamless integrates into Windows. Certain configuration
  56. settings shouldn't be required as a rule.

  61. To install Daisy's Garden 2, use the installation program.

  63. Windows 3.1x, Windows NT:
  64. 1. Select in the Program Manager the command "Execute" in the "File" menu.
  65. 2. Enter a:\setup and press the enter key.
  66. 3. Follow the instructions of the installation program.

  68. Windows 95:
  69. 1. Select in the "Start" menu of Windows 95 the command "Execute".
  70. 2. Enter a:\setup and press the enter key.
  71. 3. Follow the instructions of the installation program.

  73. The program group Daisy's Garden 2 will install. Besides to the icons for
  74. Daisy's Garden 2 it also contains an icon for the complete removal of
  75. Daisy's Garden 2 out of your system.

  80. Only if you have installed Daisy's Garden 2 with the installation program
  81. on your Computer:

  83. 1. Click on the icon "Daisy's Garden 2" or "Daisy's Garden 2 advanced" in
  84.    the program group "Daisy's Garden 2" of the Program Manager.
  85. 2. Enter your registration key in the Dialog "Registration".
  86. 3. If you got no registration key, click in the dialog "Registration" on the
  87.    button "Continue with shareware". So you can test Daisy's Garden 2
  88.    with some restrictions.
  89.    Please order your register key as soon as possible.
  90. 4. To hear about the rules of the game and much more, press F1 to start
  91.    the detailed on-line help of Daisy's Garden 2.

  93. Remove Daisy's Garden 2 from your computer:

  134. Garden 2 for placing the newest version at their disposal if necessary.

  139. In the shareware version you are only able to play the first 6 gardens of
  140. a garden file and only able to edit 3 gardens of a garden file. Besides
  141. there are registration information when starting the program.

  143. If you like the game, we encourage you to register for a little charge. So
  144. we can continue developing very reasonable and amusing games for you.

  146. If you register, you get a personal registration key with your name, which you
  147. enter in the program. So the program detects that you are a registered
  148. user of Daisy's Garden 2 and cancels the restrictions of the shareware
  149. version. You only have to enter the register key once. It will be saved by
  150. the program.

  152. The full version of Daisy's Garden 2 consists of the shareware version and
  153. a valid registration key. There is no special disk version existing.
