  8. Distribution License

  10. Flat Rabbit Software exclusively gives anyone the right to distribute the
  11. shareware game Matchem subject to the following provisions:
  12.  
  13. 1.  Matchem must be identified as shareware.  The concept Shareware must be
  14. explained somewhere in the distribution so that the users understand
  15. that it is copyrighted and that the user must pay if they use it.
  16.  
  17. 2.  The distributor may not charge more than $10 for a copy of Matchem.  If
  18. there is more than one game per disk or CD, then all calculations for
  19. this clause shall be figured by the following formula:

  21.  (disk or CD price) / (total number of games on the disk or CD).
  22.  
  23. 3.  The distributor must stop selling copies of Matchem upon written request
  24. by Flat Rabbit Software.
  25.  
  26. 4.  Matchem must be distributed as a whole.  No files may be added, taken
  27. away, or modified in any way.

  29. 5.  The distributor must correctly use and identify the trademark for Flat
  30. Rabbit Software.

  32. 6.  The distributor must notify Flat Rabbit Software in writing of the
  33. intent to distribute Matchem.
