  3. DOWNLOADING, COPYING AND USE OF THE DEMO ARE SUBJECT TO THE
  4. FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT TERMS. PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE
  5. CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, COPYING OR USING THE DEMO. BY
  6. USING THE DEMO, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF
  7. THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE,
  8. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, COPY OR USE THE DEMO, AND DELETE THE DEMO AND
  9. ALL RELATED FILES FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

  14. sors (collectively referred to herein as "LEC").  The Demo is

  16. secret, patent and other proprietary rights in the Demo. LEC
  17. hereby gives you permission to make copies of the Demo (only in
  18. its original form as provided by LEC) to give to other persons
  19. and to distribute the Demo to others electronically, provided
  20. that in all such cases you may not charge or receive money or
  21. other consideration from any person or entity for the receipt
  22. or use of the Demo OR ANY DISC OR MATERIALS CONTAINING THE DEMO.

  29. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INC-
  30. LUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-
  31. ABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
  32. LEC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE DEMO
  33. WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE DEMO
  34. WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE
  35. DEMO WILL BE CORRECTED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND
  36. PERFORMANCE OF THE DEMO IS ASSUMED BY YOU. SOME JURISDICTIONS
  37. DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE

  47. PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, EVEN IF LEC OR
  48. AN LEC AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSS-
  49. IBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSS.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT
  50. ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL
