Previous changes and fixes to the game:

improvement with minor tweaks in the game that will make it
even more fun and enjoyable.
NOTE: If you have already downloaded a previous patch map,
you will not need to download the map again.
- The scrollbar is taken out. To move around the game map you will
have to use the arrow keys or the little mini-map in the corner of
the game.
- There are a couple of button and bars added to the screen. The
three bars at the bottom are graphical representation of the supply
distance, weather and its effect. Page 28 in the manual explains
all distances and effects on movement and maximum supply distance.
- Ocean Naval movement around Florida when using amphibious invasions.
- Better avoidance of enemy forts during ocean naval moves.
- Movement by river. River fleets should be able to find their
way better now.
- The problem resulting in the message "Forces unavailable, Corps
disbanded"
- European intervention forces and builds.
- Screen size for the editor and the game are set to 640x480.
- Out of bounds errors.
- The ability to change resolutions is still there it just cannot be
done from within the game anymore because of problems changing the
screen memory requirements which caused flashing. To do it now, do
the following: On the command line or in your shortcut you type
"ACWIII.EXE 2" for 800by600 or ACWIII.EXE 3 for 1024 by 768.
To install the patch copy the files contained in the patch zip
file into the directory that American Civil War is installed in.
This patch will overwrite several Civil War files with updated
ones.
