  1. DEMO LICENSE

  3. PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE DEMO LICENSE AGREEMENT ('LICENSE') 
  4. CAREFULLY BEFORE PRESSING THE 'Yes' BUTTON BELOW.  BY PRESSING 
  5. 'Yes,'   YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.  
  6. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, PRESS 'No' 
  7. AND RETURN THE SOFTWARE TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU OBTAINED IT 
  8. (OR RETURN IT TO FASA INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 
  9. 676 NORTH ST. CLAIR ST, SUITE 1045, CHICAGO, IL 60611).

  11. FASA Interactive Technologies, Inc. (FIT) is the owner of the 
  12. demonstration software program(s) recorded on the diskette(s), 
  13. or CD-ROM, which has been provided to you (Demo Disk).  By 
  14. loading and running your copy of the Demo Disk, you will have 
  15. a non-exclusive right to use it, only as follows, and FIT 
  16. reserves all other rights:

  18. Permitted Uses:  You may give your copy of the Demo Disk to 
  19. another party, provided that the other party agrees to be bound 
  20. by the terms of this license.  You also may make copies of the 
  21. Demo Disk to give to others as long as (1) you do not charge 
  22. anything for those copies, and (2) all copyright and/or other 
  23. notices contained in the Demo Disk, and this license agreement, 
  24. are reproduced and placed all copies made.

  26. Prohibited Uses: You may not sell lease, rent or sublicense any 
  27. copies of the Demo Disk to any other person.  You may not modify, 
  28. translate or reverse engineer, or prepare any derivative works of, 
  29. the software programs recorded in the Demo Disk.
  30.  
  31. Term:  You may terminate your right to use the Demo Disk as 
  32. provided in this license agreement by destroying the Demo Disk and 
  33. documentation, if any, and all copies made of the Demo Disk in your 
  34. possession.  Your right to use the Demo Disk under this license 
  35. agreement also will terminate if you fail to comply with any term or 
  36. condition of this license agreement.  Upon such termination, you 
  37. agree to destroy all copies of the Demo Disk and documentation in 
  38. your possession.
  39.  
  40. No Warranty or Liability:  You agree that Demo Disk is provided to 
  41. you on an "AS IS" basis only, with no warranties whatsoever.  You 
  42. further agree that FIT will have no liability of any kind to you or 
  43. anyone else because the Demo Disk is provided to you free of charge 
  44. and without any warranties.
