  2. Running Baseball Mogul Demo 1.12
  3. =======================================
  4. This install will create an icon in your
  5. Program Menu, so you can quickly find 
  6. and play the game.
  7.  
  8. To install Baseball Mogul, double-click 
  9. the SETUP.EXE program. This will place a 
  10. red Baseball Mogul icon in your Start Menu. 
  11. Click this icon to play the demo of 
  12. Baseball Mogul. The demo requires about 
  13. 18 megs of free disk space.  
  14. Once inside, use the Help option to get
  15. extensive information on playing the
  16. game.

  18. Baseball Mogul is a baseball franchise 
  19. management game that combines an accurate 
  20. simulation engine, a financial model, and 
  21. challenging artificial intelligence to 
  22. provide an addictive gameplay experience. 
  23. It is recommended for anyone who is a fan 
  24. of resource-management games such as 
  25. Civilization or SimCity, and/or a fan of 
  26. baseball. Although you will need some 
  27. baseball knowledge to enjoy Baseball Mogul, 
  28. you need not be a serious fan.

  30. The teams in Baseball Mogul have no names to 
  31. start with. In 1-2 minutes, you can type in 
  32. your own names for the teams. You will be 
  33. asked to do this the first time you play.

  35. Playing Baseball Mogul is an iterative process. 
  36. Use the Team and Budget menus to observe and 
  37. alter your lineup, bullpen, budget and the like. 
  38. Then, use the Play menu to play part of the 
  39. baseball season. Repeat this process until the 
  40. season is over. The items on the News menu lets 
  41. you view different News Pages displaying the 
  42. actions of the season.
