Civil War Generals 2 Civil War Generals 2 v. 1.03 The 100-point cap on victory point hexes works correctly. Version 1.02 introduced a bug wherein VP hexes dropped to 50 points in value after reaching their 100-point cap. You no longer risk crashing the game after voluntarily removing Headquarters units from the map via their supply hexes, while Routed units are still running for that HQ. These units became fatally confused when the HQ left the field, crashing the game. You may now turn tail and run safely. The AI will no longer enter an infinite loop and keep selecting the same few units until the end of time.
