  18.     Pittsburgh to watch the baseball game.  I slowed to 88 MPH 
  19.     in the speed trap tho!

  25. Description of the Map
  26. -------------------------------
  27. On yeeeeer Marks! Umm, is that how Rally Races start?  If so, do it 
  28. or whatever is appropriate and put the pedal to the floor and race
  29. for the finsih! May the best Man and machine combination win!

  31.  This map was designed fast skilled rally racing with a few extras.
  32.     Driving is medium skilled on this map or better to win.    
  33.  
  34. IMPORTANT: Stay in center of roads for smooth traveling
  35.  
  36. IMPORTANT: Start Finish line is by stop signs.
  37.         
  38. LAST IMPORTANT: To play a Surge run (the stupid commercials), I 
  39. added a little extra to the map.  Find the Surge hill and see who can
  40. enter Regen first.  Hint: It is the road that does not lead to a ramp.
