  3. The Portal to Beyond starbase design given to races with the Interstellar
  4.    Traveller primary racial trait is now created correctly such that deleting
  5.    the design no longer causes a ship design to disapear.
  6. Tachyon Detectors now work as advertised.
  7. Fixed a display bug in VGA mode where the damage percentage of a fleet was
  8.    unviewable in the popup.
  9. Clicking on mineral values in the planetary report works now when you are
  10.    scrolled to the right.
  11. Fixed a message wording error when uploading minerals to enemy fleets.
  12. Fixed a message destination wording error when fleets die going through
  13.    stargates with a fleet as their destination.
  14. Fixed a problem with phantom mineral packets and mines caused by players
  15.    missing a turn.
  16. Fixed a redraw bug in Panel 4 of the race wizard.
  17. Fixed a crash in turn generation involving AI turn taking.
  18. The production tile now properly updates item ETA when transfering colonists.
  19. Needle area weapons now fire at ranges up to their maximum effective
  20.    distance.
  21. Spend leftover resources on mines now adds the proper number of mines when
  22.    the universe is created.
