NumColorsDialog=A-10 II is designed to be played with 256 colors selected to be displayed in Windows.  We have detected that you are using a color mode higher than 256 colors, such as 65535 "high color" or 16 million "true color" mode, which do not allow palette cycling.  You will miss out on some of the special graphics effects we use and may want to change to 256 colors to get the maximum enjoyment possible out of A10-II.
