* Pinball World PC CD-ROM - demo version *
*****************************************************************
This demo consists of the Amazon, Far East and Hollywood main
tables. Each table has its full feature set enabled, apart from
the Amazon table's "Cruise the Atlantic" and Far East's "Fly
Down Under" and "Race To Germany" transition sub-games. These
are closed to give you more chance of exiting a table in the
proper direction. For the same reason you will find that when
starting the game, the only available targets in the select table
are those of the Amazon (S.America), Far East and Hollywood
tables.
Your aim is to complete a table and then move to the next table
in the sequence via a transition sub-game. You only have 1 ball
with which to complete the demo. Be careful not to enter the red
light ball-traps more times than their LED displays show as
otherwise you will lose the ball and the game. Also, be aware
that tilting the table will reduce your score, and if it reaches
zero you will lose the game!
The following features are not available in the demo:
- The 6 other main tables
- The 6 other bonus tables
- The 7 other transition sub-games
- Save/load game facility
- Hiscore name entry and hiscore table
- Skill levels above "easy"
- The vast majority of the in-game ray-traced sequences
- The 9 other pieces of CD music
- Various other computer generated music and masses of sound fx
PINBALL WORLD PC CDROM is available world-wide from November 16th
