  144.  device) of that computer.

  146. You acknowledge that this SHAREWARE is copyrighted by Indotek Software

  338. [3] GRANT AND CONDITIONS:  Indotek grants a non-exclusive license to
  339.  distribute the Program on PC-compatible media under the Trademarks

  520.  the registered version of Materialize 3D! ("SOFTWARE"). The SOFTWARE is

  522.  included with "Materialize 3D!". The SOFTWARE is in "use" on a computer
  523.  when it is loaded into temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into
  524.  permanent memory (e.g., a hard disk or other storage device) of that
