  8.   This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you
  9.   (either personal or corporate) and Martin Pesch ("Author")
  10.   for the software product "mp3DirectCut" ("Software").
  11.   BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE
  12.   TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
  13.   LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.

  15.   mp3DirectCut is FREEWARE. You can freely use this software
  16.   and distribute copies of the ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION FILE as
  17.   long as NO ALTERATIONS are made to the file and its contents
  18.   and no charge is raised except a reasonable fee for
  19.   distributing costs. Any other way of distributing this
  20.   software is prohibited.
