AIST MediaLab AG. All rights reserved. No part of this publication may be reproduced, transmitted, copied, embedded in other software or translated into another language without the written consent of AIST MediaLab AG, Germany.
Software License
The license determines the conditions of use of this software product. Any unauthorized duplication or unauthorized use of MovieXone, MovieX, MoviePack, and MovieDVsuite in whole or in part, in printed form or stored on any storage medium or in any retrieval system is prohibited.
Licensing
AIST MediaLab AG grants the right (license) to use the enclosed software and user manuals exclusively for personal use on a single terminal connected to a single computer. If multiple licenses have been obtained for the software, the maximum number of copies must not exceed the number of licenses obtained. The license expires if the licensee contravenes the license agreement in any way.
Trademarks
AIST and MovieXone, MovieX, MoviePack, and MovieDVsuite are trademarks of AIST MediaLab AG. All rights reserved. All other products mentioned in this document are trademarks of their respective owners. All product names are used without guarantee of unrestricted usability and may be registered trademarks.
Limitation of Liability
The entire liability of AIST MediaLab AG, its licensees as well as distributors consists solely in entitlement to replacement of the software, if returned in its entirety together with proof of purchase to AIST MediaLab AG. This limited warranty shall not apply if the failure of the software or hardware is caused by erroneous use, misuse or accident. AIST MediaLab AG, its suppliers, licensees and distributors shall not be liable for damages or consequential damage (including damages arising from loss of business profit, lost business data and information, business interruption or other financial loss) arising from the use or inability to use the AIST product. The liability of AIST MediaLab AG, its licensees and distributors shall under no circumstances exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the product.

The manuals were prepared and translated with utmost care. Nevertheless, errors cannot be fully ruled out, and the publisher, distributors, authors and translators do not accept any legal responsibility or liability for any possible remaining erroneous information and the effects thereof. Subject to technical changes.
Right of Ownership, Copyright
The software and accompanying written documents are the property of AIST MediaLab AG and are protected by copyright. It is agreed that the proprietorship and copyrights of AIST MediaLab AG shall be observed and that unauthorized use shall be prevented. Removal of the trademark, indication of authorship and copyright from AIST software is strictly prohibited.
Limited Warranty
AIST MediaLab AG guarantees for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery, that any eventual hardware which may be shipped along with the AIST software is free from any material and workmanship defects under normal use and maintenance, and that the software essentially operates according to the accompanying manuals. The user shall be solely responsible for the selection and consequences of the use of the software product and written documents as well as the intended and obtained results. AIST MediaLab AG does not guarantee that the product meets the requirements and intent of the user nor that the product will interwork with the hardware or other programs employed by the user.
Additional limitations
If the AIST software is modified and/or embedded in another program, the employed software or the parts of the software shall continue to be subject to the terms of the license. The software may not be transmitted, disclosed, assigned or in any other way made accessible to additional individuals without the prior written consent of AIST MediaLab AG. Any eventual invalidity of any individual conditions of this license agreement will not render the agreement invalid as a whole.
