Short: Graphically shows the moons phase. V1.71
Author: silverscope@connectfree.co.uk (Tim)

Version: 1.71
Type: misc/sci
This is MoonDial V1.71. A small Workbench program created using Blitz Basic 2.1.
I designed this program for the reason that there are no other programs on
Aminet that show the moons phase, which are small enough to run on Workbench
without wasting memory, or taking up too much screen space.
MoonDial is ideal for someone who is interested in astronomy (or astrology?),
but is probably not accurate enough for the serious astronomer. Even if you
have no interest in astronomy, MoonDial looks great on any Workbench and takes
up minimal memory.
This program is designed to be placed in the WBStartup directory of Workbench,
so you can see the moon's phase every time you boot up your Amiga.
New since last upload (V1.65):
- Uses tooltypes to set options.
- Now has new-look menus.
- The executable is now 5k smaller.
New since V1.62:
- Now definitely saves the correct position on large screens, the last
update did not fix the problem!
- Should be more accurate for longer with the new algorithms.
- The executable is now 12k smaller.
- The title bar clock was eating away RAM every second whilst auto update
was on! Had to remove it. :-(
