  5. The software contained in this archive is protected by DIAMOND/SPEA's 
  6. copyright. The software is not public domain software. 
  7.  
  8. This contract permits the recipient to copy this archive to data networks
  9. (Internet ...) and to offer it in mailboxes for user downloads subject to
  10. the following conditions:
  11.  
  12. 1. The person offering the software is not permitted to charge additional
  13.    fees from the user (i.e. the normal telephone costs are the only
  14.    costs incurred). The mailbox must be freely accessable. This means
  15.    that at least the data areas where DIAMOND/SPEA's software is offered 
  16.    may not be related to additional costs (monthly subscription fees, 
  17.    download charges etc.)

  19. 2. The software may not be sold, licensed or passed on to third parties
  20.    without the prior written permission of DIAMOND/SPEA (data networks, 
  21.    driver collections on CD, update disks etc.).
  22.  
  23. 3. The software may not be changed, i.e. the files, the majority of which
  24.    have been packed as SFX files with LHarc 2.13 or RAR, must be offered 
  25.    in the same way as in the DIAMOND/SPEA BBS/ CompuServe forum.
  26.  
  27. 4. In order to attain a degree of consistency for our customers, it is
  28.    obligatory to use the original file names. These (normally) contain
  29.    the board, release or version number of the driver software.
  30.  
  31. 5. DIAMOND/SPEA can not answer enquiries concerning DIAMOND/SPEA products 
  32.    which are left in other mailboxes.
  33.  
  34. 6. The person offering the software automatically acknowledges and accepts
  35.    the terms of this agreement for offering DIAMOND/SPEA driver software 
  36.    from the point in time he offers the software.
