  19. HP JETADMIN FOR WINDOWS« NT contains support for the latest 
  20. printers and plotters from HP (LaserJet 5SiMX, LaserJet 5/5M/5N,

  29. The release of software is for installation of Windows NT 3.51 
  30. workstation or server.  The Novell Client32 software from Novell

  34. for Microsoft Networks.

  52. D. HOW TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE

  54. CREATING THE INSTALL DISKETTES
  55.  
  56.  The HPJANTxx.exe is a self-extracting zip file.  The xx will 
  57.  specify the localized language.  For example, the English file 
  58.  will be named HPJANTEN.EXE.  This executable will ask for the 
  59.  directory in which to place the files.  It then creates three 
  60.  subdirectories under this target directory, one for each of the
  61.  three disk images (Disk1, Disk2, Disk3).

  87. INSTALLING THE JETADMIN SOFTWARE

  89. 1. Run 'Setup.exe' located on disk 1.

  91. 2. Change disks as necessary (If install is performed from the 
  92.    hard disk, disk changes will not be required).

  94. 3. Select the components to be installed.

  96. 4. The installation will ask you to restart after all the files 
  97.    are copied.

  122. DEINSTALLING THE JETADMIN SOFTWARE
  123.  
  124.    Once JetAdmin 2.3 is installed on your system, an icon called
  125.    Un-install HP JetAdmin utilities will appear in the HP JetAdmin
  126.    Utilities group.  This program will remove all HP JetAdmin
  127.    Utilities.  The *.DAT files are not removed. Reboot the computer
  128.    to complete the uninstall process.

  141. computer.  The right to use this software is based on the 
  142. condition that the customer agrees to the following License.

  144. do not install the utilities on your computer. Installing 
  145. the utilities on your computer indicates your acceptance 
  146. of these terms and conditions.

  150.    may be produced for sale to third parties.

  152. *  This license does not transfer any right, title or interest in 
  153.    the HP JetAdmin Software for Windows« NT to the

  155.    Agreement.

  157. *  Hewlett-Packard reserves the right to terminate this license 
  158.    upon breach.  In the event of termination, the customer will 
  159.    either return all copies of the product to Hewlett-Packard, or 
  160.    with Hewlett-Packard's prior written consent, provide 
  161.    Hewlett-Packard a certificate of destruction of all copies.

  163. *  In the event the customer modifies the HP JetAdmin Software 
  164.    for Windows« NT or includes it with any other software 
  165.    program, the customer agrees upon termination of the license

  168.    to Hewlett-Packard or provide Hewlett-Packard with a 
  169.    certificate of destruction thereof.
