  1. Installation of 95UTIL.EXE:
  2.  
  3. To uncompress the file:
  4. 1.  Go to START, PROGRAMS, MS-DOS prompt.
  5. 2.  At the DOS prompt type:  x:\95util
  6.     NOTE: x:\ being the drive and directory where the 95util.exe file is.
  7.  
  8. To install the utility:
  9. 1.  Go to Start, Programs, Windows Explorer.
  10. 2.  Highlight the ref_rate.inf file and click the right mouse button,  
  11.      go to install.
  12.  
  13. To use the utility:
  14. 1.  Go to MY COMPUTER icon and double click on CONTROL PANEL.
  15. 2.  Double click on DISPLAY.  There will be a refresh tab for changing the rates.
