  5. Xing(TM) Native-MPEG(TM) Driver Support
  6. =======================================
  7. To play a MPEG file:
  8.     Method 1:
  9.     * In Windows, open up the Program Manager window.
  10.     * Select the "Run" command from the Program Manager's "File" menu.
  11.     * Click on the "Browse" button to select an MPEG file.
  12.     * Click on the OK button to launch Media Player and play the selected
  13.       MPEG file.

  15.     Method 2:
  16.     * Launch Media Player directly and select the appropriate MPEG file
  17.       using the "Open" command under the File menu.
  18.     * Click on the PLAY button and play the selected MPEG file.
  19.  
  20. There is a sample file, named "TEST.MPG",in the installed directory.
  21. For more information about Xing(TM) Native-MPEG(TM) Driver, please read the
  22. "XING.TXT" file in the same directory.

  25. All Windows Versions Support For Different Languages

  27. The drivers and utilities are fully compatible with all Windows versions,
  28. regardless of the languages.

  31. Resolution Change On The Fly
  32. ============================
  33. Setting WinSwitch from HotKey dialog box, you can change screen resolution
  34. immediately by pressing a user-defined key if the color depth and font size
  35. are not changed. Some Windows versions don't use it but by restarting Windows

  53. 1.  In 16.7M colors mode and 32K colors mode, the DCT Rop3 test fails.    This
  54.     is the DCT's bug.

  56. 2.  For DBCS (Double Byte Character Set) Windows,  like Chinese Windows and
  57.     Japanese Windows, screen resolution can't be changed on real time. It needs
  58.     to restart Windows.
