  1.     The resource file should be copied to your \Delphi\lib directory.
  2.     In order for the new Resource file to take
  3.     effect, you need to Rebuild your project.

  5. STEPS:    1. Load Project in delphi
  6.         2. Press Alt+C then B (Build All)
  7.     3. Press OK
  8.     4. Run the project
  9.     5. Enjoy
