  39.   1. Create a folder in the "C:\Program Files", for example "News Xpress".
  40.   2. Copy NX.EXE, NX.HLP, and NX.CNT files into the folder.
  41.   3. Create a shortcut for NX.EXE in the "Start Menu" or on the desktop.
