  15.   Non-Commercial Requirements

  17.   To use WinRamTurbo PRO or LITE in a non-commercial, non-educational or
  18.   non-governmental agency on one computer, it is necessary to purchase a
  19.   single User License for each computer using WinRamTurbo PRO or LITE.
  20.   WinRamTurbo FREE has its own license.
  21.  
  22.   A User License includes one copy of software and documentation via
  23.   electronic media. Normally, a single copy of WinRamTurbo can be
  24.   downloaded from a public shareware file distribution site or from the
  25.   WinRamTurbo website.

  32.   Evaluation Period

  34.   The shareware versions (PRO and LITE) are NOT free software.

  36.   Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use the
  37.   shareware versions of software for evaluation purposes without
  38.   charge for a period of 30 days from the first day of the original
  39.   installation, without subsequent installations. If you use this
  40.   software after the 30-day evaluation period, the current
  41.   registration fee is required. Official Registration Sites will
  42.   process all shareware orders. Authorized Registration Sites are
  43.   listed on the Official WinRamTurbo website.

  45.   Registration keys are provided only by the Author of WinRamTurbo.

  47.   Unregistered use of WinRamTurbo after the 30-day evaluation period

  58.   The User License allows the User to run the software package
  59.   exclusively on a single computer and is not to be shared among other
  60.   computers which a User license has not been purchased!

  65.   You may access WinRamTurbo through a network, provided that you
  66.   have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all
  67.   workstations that will access the software through the network.

  69.   For instance, if 8 different workstations will access WinRamTurbo
  70.   on the network, each workstation must have its own WinRamTurbo
  71.   license, regardless of whether they use WinRamTurbo at different
  72.   times or concurrently.

  77.   Quantity discounts do not apply to non-Commercial uses of the software.

  109.   the Author of WinRamTurbo after a successful purchase by any
  110.   registered user in good standing with WinRamTurbo.

  112.   Anyone who requests Support and is not a Registered PRO or LITE
  113.   user, will receive limited Support since paying customers have
  114.   priority over all non-registered customers!

  116.   Support for Commercial accounts have presidence over all other
  117.   accounts!

  156.   parties is not allowed.

  159.   legally distribute unregistered versions of WinRamTurbo including
