  1. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR GRSOFTWARE SOFTWARE GRDuw.

  3. IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This GRSoftware End-User License
  4. Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
  5. or a single entity) and GRSoftware for the GRSoftware product
  6. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  7. include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or
  8. electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing,
  9. copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be
  10. bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement, do not
  11. install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may however, return it
  12. to your place of purchase for a full refund.

  14. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  15.  
  16. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
  17. international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
  18. property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not
  19. sold. You may not rent, lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You
  20. may permanently transfer all your rights under this End-User
  21. License Agreement, provided you retain no copies, you transfer
  22. all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and this End-User License Agreement,
  23. and the recipient agrees to the terms of this End-User License
  24. Agreement

  26. GRANT OF LICENSE
  27.  
  28. This program version may be installed on a maximum of two
  29. computers, so long as it is ONLY running on one system at any
  30. time: i.e. one installation at home and one installation at the
  31. office and used only by the licensee. The simultaneous use of
  32. this SOFTWARE PRODUCT by multiple personnel requires additional
  33. licenses. Use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT over an internal network
  34. requires separate license for each user. The licensee shall not
  35. use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
  36. reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  37. except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use
  38. shall result in immediate termination of this license.

  40. All licenses will be issued in the name of the institution,
  41. company or school. Each additional license also allows a single
  42. user to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at home.

  44. LIABILITY

  46. We try to keep our SOFTWARE PRODUCT as bug free as possible.
  47. However, it is a general rule, Murphy's, that no software is ever
  48. error free, and the number of errors increases with the
  49. complexity of the program. We cannot guarantee that this SOFTWARE
  50. PRODUCT will run in every environment, on any Windows compatible
  51. machine, or together with any other application, without
  52. producing errors. Any liability for damage of any sort is hereby
  53. denied. In no event shall GRSoftware or its suppliers be liable
  54. for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  55. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of
  56. business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  57. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  58. of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. In any case, the
  59. liability is limited to the registration fee. Please evaluate
  60. this SOFTWARE PRODUCT with not critical data. Should you detect
  61. errors before registration, the user accepts the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  62. errors after registration. Any description of SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  63. errors will be accepted, but we cannot guarantee that the errors
  64. can be corrected.
