  4. warranty: "CI Software Streaker screen saver is supplied as is.  The author
  5. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without
  6. limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any
  7. purpose.  The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or
  8. consequential, which may result from the use of CI Software Streaker screen
  9. saver."

  12. LICENSE AGREEMENT

  14. CI Software Streaker screen saver is a "shareware program" and is provided at
  15. no charge to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  16. friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another
  17. system.  The essence of "user- supported" software is to provide personal
  18. computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to
  19. provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products.  If
  20. you find this program useful and find that you are using CI Software Streaker
  21. screen saver and continue to use CI Software Streaker screen saver after a
  22. reasonable trial period, you must make a registration payment of $7.00 to
  23. CI Software.  The $7.00 registration fee will license one copy for use on
  24. any one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like
  25. a book.  And examples that this software may be used by any number of
  26. people and may be freely moved from one computer location to another, so
  27. long as there is no possibility of it being used at one location while
  28. it's being used at another.  Just as a book cannot be read by two
  29. different persons at the same time.  As a bonus of registration, you will
  30. receive the next upgrade or possibly a future product free of charge.

  32. Anyone distributing CI Software Streaker screen saver for any kind of
  33. remuneration must first contact CI Software for authorization.  This 
  34. authorization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized 
  35. by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware distributors, and 
  36. such distributors may begin offering CI Software Streaker screen saver 
  37. immediately (However CI Software must still be advised so that the distributor
  38. can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of CI Software Streaker screen saver.).

  40. You are encouraged to pass a copy of CI Software Streaker screen saver to your
  41. friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their copy if
  42. they find that they can use it.  All registered users will receive a copy
