  6. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

  8. Send a ONE page FAX to TNT at: (510) 275-9695     
  9. No cover page is required and will only slow down your order.

  11. Include on it:

  13.      1.   Print at the top of the page:  
  14.                TO: TESSLER'S NIFTY TOOLS SALES DEPT.
  15.  
  16.      2.   Print whether your card is a VISA or Mastercard card.
  17.      3.   Print  the name of the bank offering you the  card  (e.g. 
  18.           CitiBank or Bank of America).
  19.      4.   PRINT  your name exactly as it is printed on your  credit 
  20.           card.
  21.      5.   Print your telephone number.
  22.      6.   Print your credit card number.
  23.      7.   Print your credit card's expiration date.
  24.      8.   Put today's date on the fax.
  25.  
  26.      9.   Print what you are actually ordering. Include quantities, 
  27.           prices, shipping, and any applicable sales taxes.
  28.      10.  Print  the  name  of  the person  that  will  become  the 
  29.           registered user along with his/her telephone number.
  30.      11.  Print your company name.
  31.      12.  Print your shipping address.
  32.      13.  Print your email address (if you have one).

  34.      14.  Sign your name (handwriting please).

  37.      Then, leave me, Gary Tessler, a message stating that you  have 
  38.           just  faxed  us  a  credit  card  order  so  that  I  may 
  39.           personally watch for, and expedite your order:
