  1. This is version 3.0 of Zipman, the compression shell for Windows 3.1.

  17. If all these files are not here, Zipman may not run correctly.    The most
  18. current version of this program is on Compuserve.

  41. Version 1.1 --- September 1, 1992
  42.     - Fixed extraction bug for version 1.1 of ZIP.    Don't know how
  43.       I missed this one!

  46.     - No bug, but got rid of annoying "Are you sure" message when quitting.

  48. Version 2.0 --- November, 1992
  49.     - Major revision.  Fixed many confusing aspects of the zipping process
  50.     - Allows you to choose what files you want to zip with a selection box.
  51.     - Allows you to unzip certain files also with a selection box.
  52.     - Now only supports version 1.1 of PKZIP and PKUNZIP.  Future versions
  53.       of Zipman will support the new versions of ZIP.  But right now,
  54.       nobody's using 1.93.

  56.     January, 1993
  57.     - Fixed some small bugs, and improved logic of some controls.
  58.     - Now have 3-d controls and am drawing the bitmaps for the
  59.       custom buttons.
  60.     - You do not have to press enter after zipping a program, but may
  61.       pause the screen by modifying the runzip.pif file by toggling the
  62.       "close window on exit" control.  RUNZIP now will run in
  63.       background and in a window.

  66.     - Support True Type Fonts in the view mode.
  67.     - Option to pause screen is now controlled by the Zipman program.
  68.     - Supports drag and drop, and associations.

  71.       decompression of ZIP, ARJ, LZH and ARC.

  74. Version 2.1 --- April 16, 1993
  75.     - Fixed the problem when selecting the extraction directory. The
  76.       dialog box was taking over the entire system.

  78.     - A strange bug which made the Zipman window go haywire if you try to
  79.       run it minimized.  This can now be done.

  81. Version 3.0 --- September 1993 - August 1994
  82.     - Now allows you to select more than 1 file when opening.  Each
  83.       successive file is opened into view mode as you are through with the
  84.       previous one.  From the view mode, you may press "X All" to get out
  85.       of the whole thing.

  87.     - Fixed a bug in which PKUNZIP reported an error to RZ.EXE when you
  88.       have it setup to confirm overwrites.    RZ made you press 'Enter' when
  89.       that happened.  This has been removed.

  91.     - Added a 'History' for files which had previously been added to, or
  92.       opened.  Also a history for previously used Archive and Destination
  93.       paths.  The most recent being on top.  Zipman will save 10 histories
  94.       for each history item.

  96.     - 'Always on Top' option added.

  98.     - 12 hour, or 24 hour option.

  100.     - 'Quick Unzip' - When this is checked, Zipman automatically selects
  101.       all files in an opened ZIP and unzips them to the default directory.

  103.     - Checks the destination drive to make sure there's enough disk space
  104.       to decompress the file.
