  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  11. agreement signed by belSoft, your use of this software indicates
  12. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  14. Shareware Version

  16. Evaluation and Registration

  18. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  19. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  20. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  21. a registration fee of $15 is required.  Payments must be in US
  22. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to belSoft, 
  23. P.O. Box 905, Claremore, OK 74018.  When payment is received you will
  24. be sent a license for WINexpand.

  26. Unregistered use of this software after the 30-day evaluation period
  27. is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  29. Distribution

  31. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware
  32. version of this software and documentation as you wish provided
  33. you give exact copies of the original, compressed Shareware version,
  34. and you distribute the Shareware version of the software and
  35. documentation in its unmodified form via electronic or magnetic
  36. media.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  38. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  39. donations, for any such copies made and distributed by electronic
  40. means.  You are licensed to charge a nominal fee, consisting of the
  41. cost of the media and postage only, for any such copies made and
  42. distributed by magnetic media.  You are specifically prohibited from
  43. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  44. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

  48. One registered copy of WINexpand may either be used by a single
  49. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  50. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  51. multiple people, but not both.

  53. You may access the registered version of WINexpand through a network,
  54. provided that you have obtained a network license for the software
  55. covering all workstations that have access to the software through
  56. the network.

  58. Governing Law

  60. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  61. Oklahoma.

  63. Disclaimer of Warranty

  65. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  66. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  67. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  68. various hardware and software environments into which WINexpand may
  69. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  70. OFFERED.

  72. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall belSoft
  73. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
  74. without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
  75. interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss)
  76. arising out of the use or inability to use this belSoft product, even
  77. if belSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  78. IN STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
